What we do
Three ways we help, depending on where you're stuck - most projects end up mixing at least two of them.
Web Design
Every project starts from a blank page, not a template. We look at your brand, your customers, and what the site actually has to do - generate enquiries, sell a service, explain something complicated simply - and design around that. Mobile is the starting point, not something bolted on afterwards.
Web Development
We hand-build every site and store from the ground up rather than stack plugins on top of each other and hope. It takes a bit longer up front. When something does break (rare, but it happens), we can usually tell you why within minutes, since we wrote the code ourselves.
Business Consultancy
Straight advice on where your time and budget are best spent next - even when that's not with us. Sometimes the right call is a new site. Sometimes it's fixing three things on the one you've already got.

Questions worth answering upfront
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope, and we'll say so honestly rather than promise a date we quietly miss. You'll get a realistic timeline before anything is signed off.
Do you only work with businesses nearby?
No. We're based in Somerset and many clients are local, but most of the process works perfectly well over a call and a shared document - time zones are really the only limit.
I already have a website. Can you just fix parts of it?
Sometimes. If the foundations are solid, we can build on what's there. If they're not, we'll tell you honestly instead of patching over cracks.
Do you offer support after the site goes live?
Yes. Launch is the start of a site's life, not the end of the project - we stay reachable for the fixes and questions that come up once real visitors show up.
